Photometry measures the flux or intensity of light radiated by astronomical objects, used to further study distance objects, such as Galaxies, Stars, etc, in order to understand their nature.

How much is the cost of the School?
The IAH-HOW and the University of Sharjah co-fund the school. Hence, there is no registration fee. Accommodation and transportation will be provided to the selected students. Lunches and Dinners are also included.
Do I need a Visa?
This depends on your nationality and passport. In principle, from most MENA citizens VISA is required to enter the UAE.
Does the event include Social Activities?
Yes, Social activities are included. Not yet finalized though. Once known, they will be announced here.
How can I come to Sharjah?
Sharjah has an Airport which is well-connected with most MENA cities. Dubai, which is only 20 minutes away, is very well connected to all major cities around the globe.
